Terms & Conditions — 54bdt Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on 54bdt, accessing the platform, or placing a wager of any kind, you enter into a binding agreement with 54bdt and confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, as well as any additional policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific terms published on the platform.

These Terms & Conditions are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of 54bdt. When material changes are made, we will publish the updated document on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These terms are written in English and are provided to all players across Bangladesh in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on 54bdt, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 54bdt is strictly an 18+ platform. Players under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing any wager under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be subject to any court order, legal restriction, or regulatory prohibition that would prevent you from engaging in online gambling.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not currently be subject to self-exclusion on 54bdt or any affiliated platform. Players who have self-excluded and attempt to re-register are in breach of these terms.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when creating your account and at any point when 54bdt requests verification of your identity or financial information.

54bdt reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by our team may result in the suspension or permanent closure of the account in question, along with the withholding of any pending withdrawal until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) account on 54bdt only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. 54bdt employs automated systems to detect duplicate account activity, and any accounts identified as duplicates may be suspended or permanently closed without prior notice. Balances and winnings held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering your account, you must provide a valid email address, a secure password, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password or allow any other person to access or use your 54bdt account. 54bdt will not be held responsible for any losses arising from the unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify 54bdt's customer support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or if your login credentials have been compromised. 54bdt will act promptly to investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the account while the matter is resolved.

Account registration on 54bdt is free of charge. 54bdt does not charge any fee for the creation, maintenance, or closure of a player account. Standard transaction fees may apply to deposits and withdrawals, as detailed in the Deposits & Withdrawals section below.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

54bdt supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically tailored for players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, City Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposits: Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are processed instantly in the majority of cases. Bank transfers may take up to one business day to reflect in your 54bdt account balance. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts for each method are displayed at the point of transaction within your account dashboard.

Withdrawals: 54bdt aims to process all withdrawal requests promptly. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 2 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfers are processed on the same business day for requests submitted before 18:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). 54bdt reserves the right to carry out additional identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.

• All withdrawals must be made to a payment method that was previously used to make a deposit into the account, unless 54bdt provides written approval for an alternative withdrawal route.
• 54bdt does not accept payments from or make payments to third-party accounts. Deposits and withdrawals must be made using accounts in your own name only.
• 54bdt reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of any payment method used on the platform before processing a withdrawal.
• Any attempt to conduct fraudulent transactions, charge-backs, or payment reversals will result in immediate account suspension and may be referred to the relevant authorities.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account at the time of the withdrawal request.

All amounts displayed on the 54bdt platform are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Where currency conversion is required for card transactions, the applicable exchange rate will be applied at the time of the transaction, and 54bdt is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees charged by your card issuer.

5. Bonus Terms & Promotional Offers

54bdt offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, seasonal promotions (including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL and IPL cricket specials), and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside the individual promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Players must meet the full wagering requirement before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. 54bdt reserves the right to restrict or exclude specific players from promotions at its discretion, including where bonus abuse is suspected.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period, after which any unused bonus balance and associated winnings will be removed from the account. The expiry period is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at any given time. Requesting or opting into a second bonus while an active bonus is still in progress is not permitted without first forfeiting the existing bonus.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute at different rates toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games such as Baccarat, Roulette, and Blackjack may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Abuse: 54bdt monitors all accounts for signs of bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated wagering patterns designed to guarantee profit from bonuses, and any other activity deemed abusive by our team. Accounts engaging in such behaviour will have bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on 54bdt, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent stage of account use or verification.
• Registering more than one account on the 54bdt platform.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your 54bdt account.
• Using any automated system, software robot, scraper, data-mining tool, or artificial intelligence to access or interact with the platform in any manner not explicitly approved by 54bdt.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage over the platform through the exploitation of software bugs, errors, or glitches. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void and will be reversed.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting designed to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity. 54bdt fully cooperates with law enforcement authorities and will report any suspicious activity as required by applicable regulations.
• Attempting to circumvent 54bdt's responsible gaming tools, including self-exclusion, by registering under a different identity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate conduct toward 54bdt staff or other players via any communication channel.

54bdt reserves the right to take immediate action against any account where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed, including but not limited to temporary suspension, permanent closure, and referral to the relevant authorities. Any decision made by 54bdt in this regard is final.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

Players may request the closure of their 54bdt account at any time by contacting the customer support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within one business day. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their most recently used withdrawal method after all applicable verification checks have been completed.

54bdt may suspend or permanently close any player account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy identity or payment verification requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same individual.
• Player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Account activity that 54bdt reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, other players, or third parties.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, 54bdt reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending the outcome of any investigation. In cases of confirmed fraud or criminal activity, outstanding balances may be forfeited entirely.

8. Limitation of Liability

54bdt provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous platform availability and accurate game results, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 54bdt, its directors, employees, partners, game providers, and third-party service providers shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or related to:

• Any temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any loss of data, account balance, or winnings resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access arises from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Any inaccuracy or error in the display of odds, game results, or account balance information, except where such inaccuracy results in a clear material disadvantage to the player and has been reported to 54bdt promptly.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the 54bdt platform.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit 54bdt's liability for any matter where it would be unlawful to do so. In all other cases, 54bdt's aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
